Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

United States Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Bearing Hope Universe.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bearing Hope Universe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bearing Hope Universe cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
